The Summerlin Master Planned Community is divided into four associations (Summerlin North, Summerlin South, Summerlin West and Summerlin Centre), which oversee two dozen commercial and residential villages. In this article I will go over what villages entails in Summerlin South and their locations.
(It is important to note that Sun City, Siena and Red Rock Country Club are private village developments with their own master associations and they are not a part of Summerlin’s master community association structure or The Summerlin Council.)
Summerlin South is considered to be one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley. The area includes The Ridges, a guard-gated community in southwest Summerlin. In The Ridges, the average home price is over $2,000,000.

Summerlin South Amenities
Large community parks, which are available for free public use, are located throughout Summerlin. As of today, there are 25 community parks that feature a variety of recreational amenities, which may include: community centers, barbecue areas, walking trails, playgrounds, swimming pools, interactive water features, soccer fields, baseball fields, football fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts, and motorized toy areas.
In addition, the parks with community centers typically offer special events, classes, and children's camps.

Gardens Park – 10401 Garden Park Drive, 89135
A multi-sports facility, the Gardens Park is an 18-acre park that features lighted basketball courts, two lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball court, lighted bocce, horseshoe and shuffleboard courts, children’s play area, large open festival lawn area and picnic pavilions. Also located in the park is the Gardens Community Center that hosts a variety of classes and programs for residents.
Mesa Park – 5401 Mesa Park Drive, 89135
This 19-acre park features large open play areas, two lighted tennis courts, three little league baseball fields, a basketball court, tot lot and covered picnic ramadas.
Oak Leaf Park – 6401 Farness, 89135
Spanning more than five acres in The Cliffs village. Recently completed, Oak Leaf Park boasts four pickleball courts, two shaded playgrounds, climbing tower, central lawn and open play area, shaded picnic pavilions and even a demonstration garden.
Ridgebrook Park – 3600 Ridge Hollow Drive, 89135
Ridgebrook Park is 6.3-acre park located in the Ridgebrook Village and is part of Summerlin South. This park features one lighted tennis court, a full-sized basketball court, picnic pavilion, children’s play area, interactive water play area, open green space and community restrooms.
Sagemont Park – 1783 Morro Vista Drive, 89135
Sagemont Park, located in Summerlin Centre Village, is a 9-acre park with a lighted soccer fields, covered play areas, basketball courts, tennis courts, and a connection to the area’s regional walking trail. To accommodate gatherings and events, the park includes a shaded picnic area and play area, in addition to community restrooms.
Spotted Leaf Park – 2955 Spotted Leaf Lane, 89135
Situated on 10.5 acres, this park features two lighted tennis courts, two lighted soccer fields, a lighted basketball court and a children’s play area.
Summerlin Centre Community Park – 10588 Marketwalk Place, 89135
Summerlin Centre Community Park is a 20-acre park that features two full-size lighted soccer fields, a practice soccer field, picnic area, trails and children’s play areas.
The Willows Park and Pool – 2775 Desert Marigold Lane, 89135
A multi-sports facility, The Willows Park features lighted fields, a lighted basketball court and a children’s play structure, as well as a linear park which meanders through the village and includes a children’s play area and trail. Four over-sized story book sculptures from Aesop’s Fables- “The Lion and The Mouse” and “The Tortoise and The Hare” – line the 4.6-acre park’s walkways. The 12.7-acre park is also home to a resident-only swimming pool that features a beach -style entrance, two water slides and a fountain, as well as The Willows Community Center that hosts a variety of classes and programs for residents.
Village Green Park – 1901 Sandstone Bluffs Drive, 89135
This nearly 5-acre park is tucked inside Summerlin Centre and features picnic tables, a tot lot and large open play area.

The Willows Swimming Pool
Willows Swimming Pool is located at 2775 Desert Marigold Lane and is open seasonally.
Spring hours: Saturday and Sunday only, 12 – 5 p.m.
Summer hours: Every day, 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Fall hours: Saturday and Sunday, 12 – 5 p.m.
Daily Fees:
- Resident adult: $4
- Non-resident adult: $7
- Resident child: $3
- Non-resident child: $5
Season passes are available for $35 per person. The Willows Swimming Pool is open to the public.
Aquatic Springs Indoor Pool
Aquatic Springs is located at 7025 S. Fort Apache Road, 89148. They offer a variety of amenities and is open year-round.
Aquatic Springs is the newest Clark County Parks and Recreation aquatic facility in Summerlin. Which features ten lap swim lanes and a warmer shallow water pool. Aquatic Springs is a department of Clark County Parks & Recreation.
