The Summerlin master-planned community is divided into three associations (North, South, and West), which oversee two dozen commercial and residential villages. And within those three associations in Summerlin, there are 22 distinct communities called Villages.

Within each Village is a variety of smaller subdivisions. Each of Summerlin’s 22 exceptional villages has its own distinct personality, new home and condo architectural themes, and amenities. SUMMERLIN LIVING

Summerlin offers numerous fantastic recreational options. The Summerlin Council is responsible for operating a network of nearly 250 parks of all sizes, from small pocket parks covering only a few hundred square feet, to large community parks full of amenities. All 22 completed communities have at least one community park.

Both the council and the city of Las Vegas run several swimming pools in the community. Summerlin also organizes soccer and baseball leagues for residents of all ages to enjoy, and they also operate several large community and social centers. When you call Summerlin home, you open your world up to dozens of special events, seasonal celebrations, classes, camps, athletic programming and more.

If you’re a golfer, there are ten spectacular courses to choose from, including 2 TPC courses that host PGA tour events, and a course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

If you’re looking for great events to enjoy, Summerlin organizes several community events throughout the year, including movie showings, local festivals, stage productions at the Summerlin Library Theater, all of which bring out people from all over the area. Also, both Las Vegas and the nearby Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area also offer many great events, shows, and other family entertainment options year-round.

The Summerlin Trail System, comprised of four types of trails, ranks in community surveys as Summerlin’s most popular amenity. Spanning more than 150 miles, the Summerlin Trail connects neighborhoods and villages and provides children with safe passageways to school. Best of all, it provides miles of uninterrupted and varied scenery for jogging, walking, strolling and cycling. 

Today there are 10 miles of completed trail along with 215 Beltway, with more on the way – and eventually, this regional trail system will connect to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
