The Crossing is one of the few villages in Summerlin that is mixed use, in that it is home to the 110-acre Crossing Business Center with nearly 1.2 million SF of office space and is one of Summerlin’s largest commercial areas. The business park has attracted national companies, including Allegiant Air, Bank of America, Capital One, Expedia, and Williams-Sonoma, and offers convenient access to the 215 Beltway, nearby restaurants, shopping, and residential neighborhoods.
Summerlin Hospital Medical Center
Summerlin Hospital Medical Center is a full-service hospital located in The Crossing Village in Summerlin North. Opened in 1997, this modern medical facility provides a wide range of healthcare services, including 24-hour emergency care, maternity and neonatal intensive care, surgical services, cardiovascular care, and advanced diagnostic imaging. The hospital serves residents throughout Summerlin and the greater Las Vegas Valley.
