Ridgebrook in Summerlin

Developed in the early 2000s, Ridgebrook in Summerlin is a 100-acre residential village consisting of four single-family neighborhoods and is one of the smaller Summerlin communities.

This desirable Summerlin community features moderately priced real estate ranging from approximately 1,200 to over 3,000 square feet. Perfect for starters or growing families, Ridgebrook homes are mainly one and two levels with stucco exteriors.  

The six-acre Ridgebrook Park serves residents of all ages. John and Judy Goolsby Elementary Schools is located right in the community.

Ridgebrook Park is located at 3600 Ridge Hollow Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89135. This park features 6.3 acres with walking trail, lighted tennis court, basketball court picnic pavilion, playground and water play area. There are plenty of trees for shade and a huge grassy area for the kids to run.

The Red Rock Conservation Area offers fishing, hiking, biking, and camping opportunities.

Golf

To the north is the Red Rock Country Club and Arroyo Golf Club, while just south is Bear's Best Las Vegas and Siena Golf Club.

Shopping & Conveniences

Residents have easy access to the I-215 and W. Flamingo Road leading to Flamingo Promenade Shopping Center, Home Depot and dozens of other shops and restaurants. Just minutes away are the popular shops and restaurants of Downtown Summerlin.
