Aliante

Aliante is the largest master-planned community North Las Vegas, Nevada in the 89084 zip code. In 2001, American Nevada Corporation and Del Webb Corporation formed North Valley Enterprises, which purchased 1,905 acres of land in the city and began construction of the community a year later, with the opening held in May 2003 and was completed around 2012.

The community is designed to accommodate approximately 6,500 homes with over 20,000 residents, 428 acres of recreational and public use including an 18-hole municipal golf course, an amphitheater, three city parks, soccer and ball fields, picnic areas, commercial centers, and a casino.

ALIANTE HOMES

Aliante has a selection of diverse home styles and builds, with plenty of floor plans and options to choose from. Homes in Aliante consist of new single-family starter homes, condominiums, townhomes, large family style homes, and a 55+ living homes in Sun City, Aliante area.

CLUB ALIANTE

Aliante also has a variety selection of upscale luxury homes offered in a place we call Club Aliante. This is a guard-gated community located on the public Aliante Golf course and was built by Pulte Homes between 2005 and 2007. There are single and two-story homes ranging in size from 1,200 sq. ft. to 3,732 sq. ft.

Amenities include tennis and basketball courts, community pool and a clubhouse with exercise room.

ALIANTE HOTEL & CASINO

Aliante Station Casino + Hotel + Spa is situated on more than 40-acres within the Aliante master-planned community at Aliante Parkway and Interstate 215. This AAA Four Diamond resort features more than 200 hotel rooms and suites, five signature restaurants, a 650-seat showroom, a new IMAX movie theater in 3-D, more than 100,000 square feet of gaming space, a resort-style pool, and a new 3,500-square-foot spa.

NATURE DISCOVERY PARK

The Aliante Nature Discovery Park is a 20-acrre park that features a large scenic man-made lake and waterfall, a 24-mile interconnection trail system, a multi-story playground unit, and a dinosaur-themed nature discovery area. In addition, the park offers tennis, volleyball, and bocce courts, soccer fields, horseshoe pits, several picnic sites, and an amphitheater.

ALIANTE GOLF CLUB

Aliante Golf Club is an exciting and challenging 6,900-yard, par-72, 14-hole golf course designed by Gary Panks Associates. The course is highlighted by two water features, generous landing areas, and strategic use of trees that are not commonly found in most desert courses.

Aliante Golf Club also boasts an inviting clubhouse that features a well-appointed golf shop, grille, bar and a covered event patio with views of the golf course and surrounding mountains.

SUN CITY ALIANTE

Sun City Aliante in North Las Vegas, Nevada is an age-restricted 55+ retirement community by Del Webb and is part of the Aliante Master Planned Community. Sun City Aliante was developed in 2003 and the final group of homes was completed in 2008.

This retirement community features 2,028 single family homes ranging in size from 1,155 sq. ft. to 2,105 sq. ft. These homes include 2-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an attached 2-car garage. Some of the larger models offer a den.

Sun City Aliante clubhouse is the focal point for all social and fitness activities. It includes an indoor lap pool and spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an aerobics studio, a large ballroom and social hall that is the ideal venue for community parties and gatherings.

There is also a billiards room and hobby and craft studios. Surrounding the Sun City Aliante clubhouse are several horseshoe pits as well as bocce ball, pickleball, and tennis courts. There is also over 40 sanctioned clubs and special interest groups.
