Trilogy Sunstone has multiple home collections, and each one comes with its own monthly HOA dues, which cover community maintenance and access to amenities. There is also a one-time club initiation fee of $6,000 and a one-time HOA capital contribution fee of $2,700 to buy into the community. There are also SIDS, which is $965 a year, paid bi-annually.

When purchasing a new home in Trilogy Sunstone, the earnest money deposit is $10,000, due at the time of contract signing. In addition, the options deposit of $45,000 and is due when you visit the Design Studio to select your upgrades. The good news is that both deposits are fully credited back to you at closing, applying toward your final purchase costs.
