Eldorado is an established master-planned community located in the North Las Vegas. Since the community was launched between 1989-1990 on land sold by the Bureau of Land Management, Pardee has built just under 5,000 single-family homes on the 1,080-acre site.

The community is comprised of several neighborhoods (some gated) featuring a variety of new and resale single-family homes ranging in size from approximately 1,500 sq. ft. to over 4,050 sq. ft. of living space.

Eldorado is conveniently located along I-215 beltway and Tropical. Eldorado is home to two major parks. Eldorado Park and Seastrand Park.
