Las Vegas Real Estate Projects to Watch for in 2026

Las Vegas continues to grow, evolve, and attract major development, and 2026 is shaping up to be a big year for new real estate projects across the valley. From large master-planned communities to major retail and lifestyle developments, these projects will help shape where people live, shop, and spend time in the years ahead. Here are some of the most notable Las Vegas real estate projects to watch for in 2026.

  1. BLUE DIAMOND HILL

Las Vegas developer Jim Rhodes plans to begin construction on his long-proposed Blue Diamond Hill housing project in 2026. The 2,000-acre hilltop development near Red Rock Canyon is planned for about 3,500 homes.

Gary Mayo, president of Harmony Homes, will oversee the project, with grading expected to start in early 2026 and home construction by the end of the year.

  1. SKYE SUMMIT

Skye Summit is a new, upcoming master-planned residential community in northwest Las Vegas, near Centennial Hills and is being developed by Olympia Companies. It will encompass 505 acres and has been approved for 3,500 homes.

Construction on the Skye Summit is expected to break ground in early 2026, with the full development planned for completion by 2034-2035. So far, the builders in Skye Summit will be Pulte Homes, Taylor Morrison, KB Homes and Tri-Pointe Homes.

In December 2025 KB Homes purchased around 38.6 for $46.4 million, property records show. This marks the first land closing by a builder in the new Skye Summit master-planned community. This new community will be called Vertice at Skye Summit and will have 299 single-family homesites. The builders expect to begin land development this summer and open for sale in early 2027.

  1. HYLO PARK

California-based Agora Realty & Management is developing Hylo Park, a mixed-use project in North Las Vegas on the former Texas Station and Fiesta Rancho sites. The first phase includes a 90,000-square-foot retail plaza anchored by a Cardenas grocery store, with businesses expected to open in 2026. Construction on the former Fiesta Rancho portion is planned to begin in early 2026.

  1. LIFETIME FITNESS

Luxury fitness chain Life Time is building a 128,000-square-foot health club near Durango Drive and Sunset Road in southwest Las Vegas. Located across from Ikea, the facility will feature pickleball courts, pools, group classes, and a full hydrotherapy suite, with a planned opening in late 2026.
