Quail Cove by KB Homes will a new community coming soon to Summerlin’s Kestrel Commons Village. This community will feature 4 different 3-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,651 sq. ft. to 2,302 sq. ft., with 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3.5 baths, and 2 car-garages.

Plan 1651 – approx. 1,651 sq. ft., 2-3 beds, 2-3 baths, 2 car-garage

Plan 1920 – approx. 1,920 sq. ft., 3-4 beds, 2.5-3 baths, 2 car-garage

Plan 2226 – approx. 2,226 sq. ft., 3-4 beds, 3.5 baths, 2 car-garage

Raven Crest by Toll Brothers will be a stunning new townhome community in the Kestrel Village of Summerlin, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This townhome community will offer six three- and four-story townhome designs with attached two-car garages, up to 2,664 sq. ft. and features such as entry courtyards, covered patios, plans with fourth-level rooftop terraces, an elevator option and a private community pool.

Summerlin, Monument offers new construction townhomes ideal for those looking for great values and innovative features. Featuring two-story multi-family townhomes with 4 unique home designs that range in size from 1600 to 1900 sq. ft. They will be a mix of 4-plex and 16-plex townhomes.

Pulte Homes at Ascension is slated to open in early 2024 (pre-sale opportunities planned for late 2023), to the prestigious master planned community of Summerlin South in Las Vegas, NV.  This brand-new community will have 286-lots with three unique neighborhoods; Caprock at Ascension, Incline at Ascension, and The Pointe at Ascension. This new community will be located off of Town Center Dr and Tropicana in the 89135 zip code

Pulte Homes will feature 11 luxury one- and two-story luxury home designs that range in size from 2,297 to 4500+ sq. ft. All three communities will be guard gated and there will be a desirable planned clubhouse within the community. Prices starting in the Low $1M’s.


The monthly HOA for Summerlin West is $57 and the monthly HOA for Ascension is approximately $255. Total HOA is currently estimate at $312 a month.

Toll Brothers at Ascension is a new community coming soon to Summerlin South offering three opulent new home collections featuring one- and two-story luxury homes with modern architecture and access to Ascension’s exclusive amenity center. As of now, this new community is slated to open in Fall 2023. This new community will be located off of Town Center Dr and Tropicana in the 89135 zip code

There will be a total of 274 lots between with three new home collections which are; Crestline, Highrock and Ridgeline. With a total of nine new home designs ranging in size from approx. 3,400 to 5,000 sq. ft. Prices starting at $1.5 million to $1.8 million.

Toll Brothers at Ascension



A Los Angeles-based homebuilder, KB Homes, plans to build 200 single-family residences on 32 acres in Summerlin West’s Grand Park District. KB Homes purchased the land for $44.7 million, Clark County records show.

The homebuilder said the community will be called Alton, and construction will start in the winter of 2024. It did not specify a completion date.


Alton Park by KB Homes in the new Grand Park District will have one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,817 to 3,063 sq. ft. with 3 to 5 bedrooms west of the 215 Beltway and to the northwest of the Red Rock Resort.
