Queensridge

Queensridge is an 800-acre guard gated master planned community developed between 1997-2007 and is located next to Summerlin in the 89145 zip code.

As one of the 23 neighborhoods located in the master-planned community of Peccole Ranch, Queensridge consists of 987 homes that offer upscale real estate options in the form of both luxury custom and semi-custom homes, single-family homes, as well as townhomes.

This community is well recognized by locals for the copper green horses at its gated entrances displaying a symbol of luxury living. It has also long been regarded as an affluent master-planned community featuring lavish estates of different sizes with scenic views of the Strip. Home styles in Queensridge range from French, English, Italian, and Mediterranean; ranging in size from 1,600 sq. ft. to over 15,000 sq. ft.

Queensridge is divided into two sections by a canyon, which was once the Badlands golf course. Queensridge North entry is off Alta Dr., known as the “one-horse” entrance, and is the smaller of the two. The amenities include; barbecue pits, a tennis court, a park and an open grassy field.

Queensridge South entry is off Charleston, the “two horse” entrance, and features several community parks and the Queensridge Clubhouse.

Tudor Park, a neighborhood in Queensridge, features single family homes in a setting designed to be reminiscent of an English Village. With 3 different floor plans to choose from, homes range in size from 2,535 sq. ft. to 2816 sq. ft.

Windsor at Queensridge is a gated community of single-family homes on the northeast corner of the community.

This community also features single and two-story townhomes at Fairway Pointe, which is located off Charleston. Homes range in size from 1400 sq. ft. to 1,723 sq. ft. The Fairways also includes a fitness center and pool.

Queensridge North residents and Queensridge Fairway do not have access to the Queensridge Club House.  The Fairway has its own pool and recreational areas and the Queensridge North Community has its own park and play areas. 

One Queensridge Place

One Queensridge Place is the name given to two luxury residential condominium skyscrapers located in the northwest corner of the Queensridge neighborhood. Construction began in 2005 and concluded in 2007. The buildings are twins, measuring approximately 233.5 feet high.

Each tower has 20 constructed floors with curtain wall facades and distinctive architecture. The resulting large windows allow for views of the Las Vegas Strip and the Red Rock Mountains. There are a total of 385 units in both of the towers.

Each building also includes gorgeous, 15,000 Sq. ft., 2-story penthouses.  Building amenities include 24-hour concierge service, indoor & outdoor pools, BBQ area, spa, fitness center, dry saunas & steam rooms, pilates studio, conference room, billiards room, resident lounge & bar, wine cellar, and Barista Cafe.

Queesnridge Club House

This Clubhouse is complete with a fitness room, tennis courts, two pools, a spa, and conference rooms.

Badlands Golf Course Lawsuit

Queensridge was originally built alongside the 250-acre Badlands Golf Course, which closed in 2016. Development of the land is currently tied up due to lawsuits filed against the City of Las Vegas for obstructing property rights.

Residents of Queensridge have tried to sue the owner of the golf course from wanting to develop a mix of high-end estate homes and high-density, multi family housings. The developer purchased the course in 2015 and wanted to build nearly 3,000 residential units. The lawsuit has been stuck in litigation for 7 years.

In 2022, the golf course remains dead with no homes. Around the perimeter, trees died and were cut, leaving 2 foot-tall stumps.
