Los Prados is a gated community in the Northwest side of the valley built by U.S. Homes between 1986-1998. Home price ranges are in the Low $200’s to Mid $400’s. There are 1,358 homes in Los Prados, all of which are resale only.
Promenade at the Meadows is a gated community developed between 1988-1990. Home price ranges are in the Mid $200’s to Mid $400’s. There are 188 homes in Promenade, all of which are resale only.
Quail Estates was developed between 1988-1993. Home price ranges are in the Low $100’s to High $100’s. There are 216 homes in Quail Estates, all of which are resale only.

Solera at Stallion Mountain is a gated community and was developed by Del Webb and built by Pulte in 2005. Home price ranges are in the Low $200’s to Low $300’s. There are 838 homes in Solera at Stallion Mountain, all of which are resale only.
Regency at Summerlin is Toll Brothers’ first active adult community in Las Vegas and has been selling since 2016. Home price ranges are in the High $400’s to High $900’s. There are 434 homes in Regency, and they have new construction and resale homes.
Siena was developed by Sunrise Colony Corporation between 2000-2006. Home price ranges are in the Mid $200’s to Low $1m. There are 2,001 homes in Siena, all of which are resale only.
Trilogy by Shea homes started construction in 2018. Home price ranges are in the Mid $400’s to High $600’s. There are 354 homes in Trilogy, all of which are new construction.
The first Las Vegas active adult community was Del Webb’s Sun City Summerlin on the west side of Vegas. This community was developed between 1989-1999. Home price ranges are in the Mid $200’s to Low $1m. There are 7,779 homes in Sun City Summerlin, all of which are resale only.
