Rhodes Ranch was developed in 1997 and is a guard-gated 1,330-acre master planned golfing community in the Southwest part of Las Vegas, and is at the base of the Spring Mountain.

A scenic, circular, two-mile path winding through Rhodes Ranch inspires biking, jogging, and walking. Along the path, many photo opportunities present themselves, such as where ducks and geese wander near the beautiful ponds.

Rhodes Ranch is a master-planned community in southwest Las Vegas and currently consists of 3,795 single family homes, with plans to build out to approximately 4,000 homes. Located south of Summerlin, Rhodes Ranch is just minutes away from Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock Canyon and is a few miles west of McCarran Airport and the Las Vegas Strip.

Residents enjoy the amenities of the 35,000 square foot Recreation Center, also called the R-Club. The main lobby features a fireplace, piano, and inviting overstuffed furniture, where many curl up with a book from the community library. Other recreational activities include table tennis, billiards, and crafts. A card room, kitchen, and other meeting areas are used by neighborhood groups.

The Recreation Center houses a full-size basketball court, an aerobics/stretch room, racquetball courts, and a full workout area with state-of-the-art fitness equipment overlooking the outdoor pool area. Adjacent locker rooms and saunas make for a complete resort experience. These amenities are all located inside a climate-controlled environment for year-round family enjoyment.

Located on about 10-acres, the Rhodes Recreation Center & Water Park includes a 13,000-square-foot lagoon pool with wading areas, a 10,000-square-foot water park with three speed slides, five kid slides, rope bridges, multiple squirt gun stations and an oversized water bucket that fills and tips over every five minutes.
