Rhodes Ranch

Rhodes Ranch is a guard gated master-planned community in southwest Las Vegas and currently consists of 3,795 single family homes, with plans to build out to approximately 4,000 homes. Located south of Summerlin, Rhodes Ranch is just minutes away from Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock Canyon and is a few miles west of McCarran Airport and the Las Vegas Strip.

Over the years there have been a variety of different builders in Rhodes Ranch.  Rhodes Homes, Harmony Homes, Dunhill Homes, Century Communities, etc.  Therefore, you will find different architectural models in the various areas of the guard gated golf course neighborhood.

Rhodes Ranch Home Owners Association fees are about $225 per month and there are no SID/LID expenses. Cost-effective home ownership combined with exceptional conveniences make Rhodes Ranch living an outstanding choice in the Las Vegas valley.

The Rhodes Ranch Recreation Center

One of the biggest advantages of living in Rhodes Ranch is the community's impressive 35,000-square-foot recreation center, which serves as the hub for fitness, recreation, social activities, and resident events.

As you enter the clubhouse, you're greeted by a bright and airy central lobby. On one side is a comfortable resident lounge featuring plenty of seating, a gas fireplace and piano, creating a welcoming place for residents to relax and socialize.

The Fun Zone Water Park & Outdoor Amenities

The centerpiece is a massive 13,000-square-foot lagoon pool with wading areas, along with a separate 10,000-square-foot Fun Zone Water Park.

The water park features three speed slides, five children's slides, rope bridges, multiple squirt-gun stations, and an oversized water bucket that fills and tips over approximately every five minutes.

For swimming and relaxation, residents also have access to a 25-meter lap pool, two eight-person spas, a 12-person group spa, and four large covered cabanas.

Beyond the pools and water park, the outdoor recreation area includes:

The Rhodes Ranch community is strategically laid out around Rhodes Ranch 18-hole public golf course. The lavishly finished 6,909-yard course, designed by legendary architect Ted Robinson, presents varying elevations stunning city and mountain views, bunkers, water features, and rolling fairways that spread out over the 162-acre property. The result is a world class golf experience suitable for players of all skill levels. Opened for play in November of 1997, Rhodes Ranch Golf Club has matured into one of the best conditioned, well known and most playable courses in Las Vegas.

End an amazing day of golf at the Rhodes Ranch Grille, a restaurant and full bar, open to the public. The Ranch House Grille is not just a great place to have a beer after your round of golf.
