Spanish Trail is one of the earliest guard-gated golf course communities in Las Vegas, Nevada. This community is bounded by Tropicana Avenue to the north, Hacienda Avenue to the south, Rainbow Boulevard to the east and Durango Drive to the west. Residents of the community’s 12 neighborhoods, each with its own homeowner’s association, share use of tennis courts, including a tournament court with stadium seating; fitness centers and swimming pools with country club members.

Semi-custom single-family homes range from 2,000 to 4,000 sq. ft.; custom-built mansions line streets with names like Gulf Stream Court and Princeville Lane, some of the most opulent hidden behind additional gates with their own codes.

Roving security vehicles patrol the community at all times, and each home comes equipped with an alarm system and panic button monitored at the main gate.

SPANISH TRAIL COUNTRY CLUB

This upscale community surrounds the Spanish Trail Country Club and Golf Course, and many of the homes in Spanish Trail boast spectacular views of the golf course. This country club is run separately from the homeowner’s association and has evolved with the times.

The Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course consists of three nine-hole courses, 27-holes altogether, that meander through an upscale residential community and features more than 120 bunkers, 15 lakes with streams, water-scapes, and tree-lined fairways. The golf course was private until the recession. It is now open for non-members to play as well as members.

THE BAR & GRILL
