Sun City Aliante

Sun City Aliante by Del Webb, was developed as part of a larger master planned community called Aliante beginning in 2003 and the final group of homes was completed in 2008. 

This retirement community features 2028 single family homes. Each home in the Aliante Sun City community is well designed with contemporary style and great amenities. After all, these homes were built by the famous Del Webb corporation.

There are no new constructions because all homes sold out after five years after the opening of the community. However, there are plenty of available resale homes on the market. Even though all homes in the community are single family homes, you can still choose from seven different floor plans.

The homes range in size from 1,155 square feet to 2,105 square feet. These homes include two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Some of the larger models offer a den. The homes in Sun City Aliante have many desirable features such as expansive great rooms, covered patios, open kitchens with some homes featuring golf course views.

AMENITIES

As a resident of Sun City Aliante age restricted community, you get exclusive access to the community’s clubhouse. This clubhouse is the focal point for all social and fitness activities in Sun City Aliante. It includes an indoor lap pool and spa where residents can enjoy a few laps in the morning or join a fitness routine in the afternoon.

A state-of-the-art fitness center includes the latest high-end cardiovascular and weight training equipment while an aerobics studio is on-hand for joining an exercise class. A large ballroom and social hall is the ideal venue for community parties and gatherings.

There is also a billiards room and hobby and craft studios. Surrounding the Sun City Aliante clubhouse are several horseshoe pits as well as bocce ball, pickleball, and tennis courts. There is also over 40 sanctioned clubs and special interest groups.

A community activities director is continually coordinating fun group excursions to area attractions such as casinos, museums and other delightful culture venues.

In addition to the Del Webb Sun City Aliante clubhouse, there are many enviable attractions within the Aliante master planned community that Sun City residents can use. There are 465 acres of land dedicated to recreation including several neighborhood parks with man-made lakes and cascading waterfalls.

Residents can enjoy a late-night stroll along the 24-miles of lighted walking and biking trails that wind through the community or a game with neighbors on the softball or soccer field or on the volleyball court. When grandkids come to visit, the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park combines elements of nature, discovery and education with a playground and water park.

GOLF

Del Webb's Sun City Aliante in North Las Vegas, NV is home to the Aliante Golf Club, which is available for play by the general public. This 6,900-yard, par-72 course was designed by Gary Panks Associates and even though it features some challenging elevations, it is suitable for all skill levels and players with all levels of experience.

A majority of the course winds through Sun City Aliante and many of the homes in the community enjoy magnificent views of the rolling fairways and well-manicured greens.
