Angela O’Hare is the realtor who helped my wife & I purchase our recently built Pulte Home at Talvona in Northwest Las Vegas. She has relationships with all the builders and can tell you off the cuff which are having the sales, which have the incentives, which areas are up and coming vs established, etc. I was surprised when she suggested we look at Talvona as I wasn’t real keen on it at first. She insisted we do so as she thought it was right for us. She was on point! Because we were out of state buyers she was our point person for the entire process. She in fact did the pre-drywall walk through for us, recorded it all, and made it available for us to view on youtube. It was only one example of her dedication to her clients. Today it seems you can find people that are knowledgeable and others that excel in customer service. Angela has both those traits which I feel are a far cry from the norm. OH, and if you’ve seen her youtube videos, and I highly encourage you to do so, you’ll meet Damian Angela’s ‘side kick’. He is just one example of her team’s extra effort to your buying experience. Damian was super helpful during the punch down list/tape walkthrough and other times. Both Angela & Damian helped us with that and so much more.

The best part is that in your new build purchase Angela & her costs are not yours – She’s free! Usually you ‘get what you pay for’ but in this case you couldn’t buy the amount of knowledge, caring, and advocacy that she brings to your new build buying experience.
