The Villages at Tule Springs
The Villages at Tule Springs is a 1,280-acre master planned community in North Las Vegas, located off the 215 and its new Revere exit. The community’s name is derived from the nearby Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument, which is known for having all kinds of prehistoric fossils and is now part of the national park system as of 2014.
The Villages at Tule Springs broke ground in 2017 but construction began in 2018, and is one of the largest master planned communities in North Las Vegas and will include 8,683 homes when finished, with 2,000 of those homes reserved for active adults 55+ and over.
This master planned community has three exceptional home builders with seven neighborhoods. Builders located in the Villages at Tule Springs are: KB Homes, Lennar (CalAtlantic), and Tri Pointe Homes (Pardee).
This community is also divided into 4 Villages – Northwest Village 1, Northeast Village 2, Southwest Village 3 and Southeast Village 4:
The Villages at Tule Spring’s Village One and Village Two are north of the 215 Beltway and border the Eglington Preserve, which is a part of the 22,650-acre Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument. Project development plans include trailheads to connect to the monument.
Village Three is south of the 215 Beltway and west of Revere St. Stone Creek by Lennar Homes, Blackstone and Larimar by Tri Pointe Homes is in this village. Village Four is south of the 215 Beltway and east of North Fifth Street adjacent to existing retail and amenities. Village Four consists of about 105 developable acres with plans for nearly 600 homes and two neighborhood parks. Landings and Reserves at Saddlebrook are in this village.
Tri Pointe Homes (Pardee) has constructed single- and two-story homes in the Villages in Tule Springs, ranging in size from 1,954 sq. ft. to 3,891 sq. ft. with 3 to 6 bedrooms.
KB Homes has built single- and two-story homes in the Villages at Tule Springs ranging in size from 1,366 sq. ft. to 3,066 sq. ft. with 2 to 6 bedrooms.

Tule Springs Regional Park
Tule Springs Regional Park will be one of North Las Vegas’ largest parks at 40-acres — about 1/4 of the size of Craig Ranch Regional Park, but twice as big as Aliante Nature Discovery Park. The construction site is between Dorrell Lane and Deer Springs Way, just west of Revere. It will take about two years to build the park, according to Cass Palmer, director of parks for North Las Vegas.
