Why I Don’t Work with Rentals as a Real Estate Agent! I get a lot of inquiries on line about helping clients find a rental home here in the Las Vegas Valley. I really feel bad turning everyone down, however, unfortunately as a residential real estate agent, I do not work with rentals.

The Las Vegas Real Estate market is hot! With the limited inventory, multiple offers and increased pricing, it’s hard to find a home here in the Las Vegas valley. Not only is the residential market hot, but so is the rental market. Rentals in Las Vegas are tough to find and being leased within hours of going on the market.

There are many reasons why I don’t work with rentals, but the number one reason is my availability. I simply do not have the time to work with people who want to rent here in the Las Vegas Valley.

Working with a renter is like working with a buyer. You show them numerous homes and they may not like any of them. Plus, as I mentioned before, rentals are being leased within hours of going on the market.
