Dove Rock by Woodside Homes is a new townhome community coming soon to the Kestrel Village in Summerlin West. This new community will be located at the southwest corner of Kestrel Creek Ave. and Kettle Bend Rd. and will have a total of 67 single-family townhomes on 13.45 acres.
Dove Rock will feature 4 different two-story floor plans to choose, with two-unit attached homes that range in size from 1,716 sq. ft. to 2,217 sq. ft with 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2 car-garages.
Arden Plan 1 – approx. 1,716-1,727 sq. ft., 2-3 beds, 2.5 baths, 2 car-garage
Briar Plan 2 – approx. 1,933-1,948 sq. ft., 3 beds, 2.5 baths, 2 car-garage
Cora Plan 3 – approx. 2,120 sq. ft., 3-4 beds, 2.5 baths, 2 car-garage
Haven Plan 4 – approx. 2,212-2,217 sq. ft., 3 beds, 2.5 baths, 2 car-garage

Fairview by Lennar Homes will be coming soon to the Grand Park Village and will be located at the southeast corner of Spring Run Dr. and Grand Park Blvd. This luxury gated community will have a total of 85 single-story homes on 34.89 acres and homes will range in size between 3,793 sq. ft to 3,972 sq. ft. Some of the homes will feature Lennar’s popular Next Gen Suites. No other information has been disclosed about this community.

Aberdeen by Tri Pointe Homes will be coming soon to Summerlin West’s Grand Park District and will be located at the Southwest Corner of Lake Mead Blvd and Sunset Run Dr. This community will have a total of 131 single-family lots on 19.23 acres. No other information has been disclosed about this community.
Iris Glen by Richmond American Homes will be coming soon to the Grand Park Village and will be located at Calico Bend Dr. and Sunset Run Dr. This community will have a total of 76 single-family lots on 10.15 acres and homes will range in size between 2,110 sq. ft. to 2,420 sq. ft. No other information has been disclosed about this community except that prices are anticipated to start in the $800s.

Nestled in the scenic La Madre Peaks Village of Summerlin West, Esplanade at Red Rock by Taylor Morrison is an exciting brand-new resort-style gated community coming soon to Las Vegas. Esplanade is scheduled to launch early 2026 with sales opening Q2 of 2026.
Esplanade will have a total of 398 attached and detached single-story homes on 88.54 acres located at the northwest corner of Lake Mead Blvd and Park Drift Trail. Homes in this community will range in size from 1,569 sq. ft. to 2,830 sq. ft., 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, and 2 to 4 car-garages with lot sizes ranging from 3,600 sq. ft. to 11,600 sq. ft. Prices are anticipated to start in the $800s.

The Loughton by Toll Brothers will be coming soon to Summerlin South and will be located at the southeast corner of Charleston and Plaza Centre Drive, and is about half a mile from Red Rock Resort on the other side of the Beltway.
This community will have a total 102 condo units featuring three exquisite one-and two-level home designs ranging in size from 1,003+ to 1,370 sq. ft. with 1 to 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2.5 bathrooms, and attached or detached 1 to 2 car-garages and some plans include a loft and rooftop terrace. Prices are anticipated to start from the low $500s.
Fitzroy – approx. 1,003+ sq. ft., 1 bed, 1 bath, 1 car-garage
Liten – 1,155+ sq. ft., 1-2 beds, 1-2 baths, 1-2 car-garage (First Floor primary bedroom, loft & rooftop terrace)
Rafferty – approx. 1,370+ sq. ft., 2 beds, 2.5 baths, 1 car-garage
