Pickleball has quickly become one of the most popular sports in the country, and Summerlin has definitely embraced the craze. Today, you’ll find 57 outdoor pickleball courts throughout Summerlin, including public courts for Summerlin residents, private courts within the communities of Reverence and Ascension, and additional private courts within Summerlin’s five 55+ retirement communities.

In this blog post, we’re going over all the different places to play pickleball in Summerlin, including how many courts you’ll find at each location, whether they’re lighted, and which courts are public or private. Plus, we’ll take a look at Summerlin’s newest indoor pickleball facility that recently opened, giving players even more options to play year-round.

SUMMERLIN’S OUTDOOR PICKLEBALL COURTS

Summerlin offers 18 public outdoor pickleball courts across 4 different parks exclusively for Summerlin residents. All 18 courts are lighted, giving residents the option to play during the day or into the evening.

1. Oak Leaf Park – The Cliffs Village

One of the best-known places to play pickleball in Summerlin is Oak Leaf Park, located in The Cliffs Village in Summerlin South.

This five-acre park features 4 dedicated lighted pickleball courts, giving players the option to play during the day or after the sun goes down.

Oak Leaf Park is also in a great location on the elevated southern edge of Summerlin, with areas throughout The Cliffs offering beautiful views of the Las Vegas Valley and city skyline.

2. Stonebridge Park – Summerlin West

Head over to Summerlin West and you’ll find another popular place to play at the Stonebridge Park. Located in the Stonebridge Village, this 12-acre park features 4 dedicated lighted pickleball courts.

One of the best things about this location is the setting. Stonebridge sits along the western edge of Summerlin on elevated terrain with Red Rock Canyon as its backdrop, making it a beautiful spot to get outside and play.

3. Grand Park – Summerlin West

One of the newest additions to Summerlin’s pickleball scene is Grand Park, located in Grand Park Village in Summerlin West.

When fully completed, Grand Park is expected to span approximately 90 acres, making it the largest park in Summerlin. The first phase includes 6 dedicated lighted pickleball courts, making this one of the largest outdoor pickleball locations within Summerlin.

Its location in one of the newest areas of Summerlin West also puts players close to the mountains and the growing communities west of the 215 Beltway.

4. Terrace Park – Grand Park Village

Also located within Grand Park Village is the Terrace Park, one of Summerlin’s newer neighborhood parks.

Terrace Park opened in late 2025 and spans approximately 2.6 acres. This park features 4 dedicated lighted pickleball courts, giving players another option right in the heart of this growing Summerlin West village.

With Grand Park and Terrace Park both offering pickleball courts, residents in Grand Park Village have some great options for playing close to home.

PRIVATE PICKLEBALL COURTS IN SUMMERLIN

In addition to Summerlin’s public park courts, there are 8 private outdoor lighted pickleball courts within the communities of Reverence and Ascension. These courts are exclusively for residents and their guests.

1. The Heights at Reverence – Summerlin West

Located within Reverence Village in Summerlin West, The Heights is a guard-gated neighborhood featuring 4 dedicated lighted outdoor pickleball courts.

These courts are a private amenity exclusively for residents of The Heights, giving homeowners their own place to play while enjoying the beautiful mountain setting of Reverence.

2. Ascension – The Peaks Village

Located in The Peaks Village in Summerlin South, Ascension offers residents four dedicated, lighted outdoor pickleball courts as part of its private clubhouse amenities.

The courts are exclusively for Ascension residents and their guests, adding another great recreational amenity to this newer luxury community.

PICKLEBALL COURTS IN SUMMERLIN’S 55+ COMMUNITIES

If you’re considering one of Summerlin’s 55+ retirement communities, pickleball is a big part of the active-adult lifestyle. In fact, Summerlin’s five 55+ communities offer a combined 31 outdoor pickleball courts.

These courts are private community amenities for residents and their guests.

1. Sun City Summerlin

As the largest 55+ community in Summerlin, Sun City Summerlin also has the largest number of pickleball courts among Summerlin’s retirement communities.

Residents have access to 10 dedicated lighted outdoor pickleball courts at the Desert Vista Community Center, giving them plenty of opportunities for both daytime and evening play.

Pickleball has become a popular recreational and social activity within Sun City Summerlin, making this community worth considering if having plenty of courts close to home is important to you.

2. Siena

Located in Summerlin South, Siena is a guard-gated 55+ retirement community offering residents 6 dedicated, lighted outdoor pickleball courts.

Siena is also known for its beautiful setting surrounding the Siena Golf Club, with mountain, golf course and water views throughout the community.

3. Trilogy Summerlin

Located in Summerlin South, Trilogy Summerlin is a guard-gated 55+ retirement community offering 3 dedicated outdoor pickleball courts for its residents.

Unlike the other 55+ communities we’ve covered, Trilogy’s three pickleball courts are not lighted, making them primarily a daytime option for residents.

4. Regency at Summerlin

Also located in Summerlin South, Regency at Summerlin is a guard-gated 55+ retirement community in The Cliffs Village featuring 6 dedicated lighted outdoor pickleball courts for residents and their guests.

Its elevated location also offers beautiful mountain and Las Vegas Valley views throughout the surrounding area.

5. Heritage at Stonebridge

Located in Summerlin West, Heritage at Stonebridge is a guard-gated 55+ retirement community featuring 6 dedicated lighted outdoor pickleball courts exclusively for residents and their guests.

Its location in Stonebridge also puts residents close to Red Rock Canyon and the beautiful mountain scenery Summerlin West is known for.

INDOOR PICKLEBALL IN SUMMERLIN

Summerlin recently welcomed a new option for pickleball players with the opening of The Courts LV, a dedicated indoor pickleball facility.

The Courts LV features 8 climate-controlled indoor courts, making it easy to play year-round and escape the Las Vegas summer heat. Players can reserve courts, participate in open play, take lessons and clinics, or join leagues. Membership is available, but you don’t have to be a member to play.

With 8 indoor courts and year-round play, The Courts LV is a great new addition to Summerlin’s growing pickleball scene.
