This 55+ community sprawls across 2,400 majestically rolling acres that boast magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the Las Vegas Strip. Construction began in 1989 by Del Webb and was completed ten years later.
Sun City Summerlin has a total of 32 different floor plans to choose from, either single-story townhomes or single-story homes. The attached homes (townhomes) come in 18 different models ranging in size from approximately 1,007 to 1,799 sq. ft. with 2 to 3 bedrooms, 1 to 2.5 bathrooms, and an attached 1 to 2 car garages. While the single-family homes are offered across 24 unique floor plans that range in size from 1,086 to 3,212 sq. ft. with 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, and attached 2 to 3 car garages.

Desert Vista Community Center – 10360 Sun City Blvd.
The Desert Vista Community Center is a 44,000 square-foot facility that hosts a grand ballroom with a dance floor and stage as well as a fitness center and an aerobics studio. The activities continue outside with an outdoor heated lap pool and spa ideal for relaxing, four lighted bocce ball courts for some friendly competition, ten lighted pickleball courts and two lighted tennis courts.
Pinnacle Community Center – 2215 Thomas W. Ryan Blvd.
The Pinnacle Community Center is the cultural center, housing the 312-seat Starbright Theatre, which plays host to many popular theatrical and musical performances as well as movies and guest speakers. This clubhouse also features a multi-purpose room, a fitness center, and a music room for the hobby musician. Residents also enjoy the clubhouse’s outdoor pool and spa, four lighted tennis courts, and the softball field for a game with neighbors.
Many residents remark that the lifestyle in Sun City Summerlin is like living in a world-class resort and with over 80 different clubs and interest groups there is something here for everyone. The Tavern at the Falls is open seven days a week and offers breakfast and lunch in a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere with exquisite views of the golf course and lake.
Miller's Tavern is along Del Webb Blvd. is the place to stop in for a quick bite with friends. Breakfast and lunch are served daily until 3:00 p.m. and a snack bar and bar service follows lunch, until 9:00 p.m. Guests may enjoy a glass of wine or favorite cocktail while snacking on a wide array of flatbreads, salads, or sandwiches.

SUN CITY SUMMERLIN GOLF
Golf enthusiasts are greeted with three outstanding courses at Sun City Summerlin in Las Vegas, NV. Each course was designed by the award-winning team of Hall-of-Famer Billy Casper and renowned golf course architect Greg Nash. The resident-owned courses offer yearly membership options and reduced fees for residents. There are two championship 18-hole courses and one executive 18-hole course.
Palm Valley Golf Course - 9201 Del Webb
Palm Valley Golf Course was the first course built in Sun City Summerlin and is located next to the Mountain Shadows Community Center. At 6,580 yards and a rating/slope of 72/127, it is the community’s most challenging course.
This course features a traditional layout over a mildly rolling terrain, with only minor elevation changes. Course traits include fine conditioning of the fairways, greens and sand traps throughout the course, along with careful landscaping. Numerous bunkers are strategically placed along the fairways and the putting surfaces, which are large in design and mildly undulating. In addition, the views of the mountains from the course are unmatched by other similar courses.
Highland Falls - 10201 Sun City Blvd.
Highland Falls is a par-72, 6,512-yard course situated at an elevation of over 3,000 feet and is perfect for both novices and experts alike. The course is a two-time winner of the Las Vegas Review-Journal Best of Las Vegas award for the incredible views of all Las Vegas has to display. The panoramic view of Las Vegas at the 14th hole has been featured in some of the city's largest publications and has been used as the backdrop for national ad campaigns and television segments.
Eagle Crest Executive Course - 2203 Thomas Ryan Blvd.
The Eagle Crest Executive Course, conveniently located adjacent to the Pinnacle Community, is a manageable 4,067-yard, par-60 course. Eagle Crest Golf Course is a challenging executive course designed for those on a time-sensitive schedule and allows golfers to play a full 18-hole round in under three hours.
The course boasts incredible mountain and Las Vegas valley views, including a stunning panoramic view of the Las Vegas strip from the driving range. Eagle Crest is made up of six par four holes and 12 par three holes that challenge you to use every club in your bag. This course also has Golf Summerlin's lowest rates, making the rounds approachable to any budget.
