From dazzling light displays to winter-themed entertainment, here’s your guide to celebrating Christmas 2024 in Las Vegas.

1. The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens

From now until January 4,2025, the Bellagio Conservatory at  pulls out all the stops and creates a colossal holiday display!

The gardens are transformed into a Christmas paradise with intricate decorations, giant ornaments, and festive floral arrangements. Each year, the team behind this display outdoes themselves with creative themes and impressive sculptures, making it a top attraction for those looking to capture the perfect holiday photo.

2. Candy Rush

Candy Rush produced by World of Illumination, is the world’s largest animated drive-through audio-visual experience, highlighting larger-than-life Christmas characters and confections. This mile-long journey, hosted by Chef Kuma, features millions of colorful lights and enchanting Christmas music that everyone in the family will enjoy — a must see treat for the entire family! Candy Rush is open from now until December 29 and is located at the M Resort in Henderson, NV.

3. Enchant Christmas 

Enchant Christmas is a holiday-themed light experience at the Las Vegas Ballpark. It is the world’s largest Christmas light maze and village with over 4 million lights. Experience a world of adventure with awe-inspiring animated light sculptures, and discover the charming Village offering ice-skating, live entertainment, interactive games, dining, holiday shopping, Santa & Mrs. Claus, and so much more.

Enchant Christmas is open from November 22 until December 29. Hours of operation can be found on the Enchant Christmas website.

4. Ethel M’s Holiday Cactus Garden

For 31 years, Ethel M’s Chocolate Factory has decorated their 3-acre cactus garden for the holidays with over one million lights and Holiday décor for the public to enjoy!

This ‘gem in the desert’ is lit up every night from 5 P.M. to 10 P.M. and open to the public now through January 4, 2025; but closed on Christmas Day. You can take pictures with Santa, enjoy their famous hot chocolate, and grab a quick bite from food trucks.

5. Glittering Lights Display

Glittering Lights at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway is a drive-thru Christmas light experience. It’s Nevada’s biggest holiday drive-thru light show, with over 5 million+ LED lights along a 2.5-mile course. Open nightly from now until January 5, 2025.

Santa Tram returns again this year and it is just one of the top reasons you should visit Glittering Lights at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Instead of driving through the 2.5-mile course to see the millions and millions of lights, you’ll get to ride on an outdoor open-air tram driven by Silver State Schools Credit Union.

The Santa Tram is limited in dates and will run from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., departing every 15 minutes. Tickets for the Santa Tram are priced at $25 per person. You can, however, upgrade your ticket for $5 more to receive hot cocoa and a snack-size bag of kettle corn.

The hours of operation are:

Sunday – Thursday: 4:30 P.M. – 9:00 P.M.

Friday & Saturday: 4:30 P.M. – 10:00 P.M.

6. Las Vegas Great Santa Run 

Each year, the Las Vegas Great Santa Run attracts thousands of runners and walkers from all over the world to Downtown Las Vegas. This year it will be held on December 7, 2024.

In addition to being the most fun you’ll ever have to wear a five-piece Santa suit, this event is one of Opportunity Village’s most important fundraisers, with all proceeds benefiting the programs and services for over 3,000 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Southern Nevada. This event will start at the Down Las Vegas Events Center at 200 S. 3rd Street Stage at 8 A.M.

7. Magical Forest at Opportunity Village

Celebrate the holidays with a cherished Southern Nevada tradition – the Magical Forest at Opportunity Village! This year, the Magical Forest will celebrate its 33nd season of being open to the public.

The Magical Forest is a winter wonderland filled with millions of sparkling lights, nightly entertainment, delicious food and endless holiday cheer. The best part is, every dollar spent at the Magical Forest goes towards programs and services for over 3,000 people with disabilities at Opportunity Village.

The Magical Forest is a festive, all-ages theme park in Las Vegas. It is an outdoor event so be sure to dress warmly. Days opened are Nov. 29-Dec. 1, Dec. 5-8, Dec. 12-15, Dec. 17-31; but closed on Christmas Day.

8. Santa’s Wonderland at the Bass Pro Shops

Every year Santa’s Wonderland transforms Bass Pro Shops into an immersive holiday experience with rustic Christmas cabins, holiday characters and live elves set amongst snow-covered hills and illuminated Christmas trees.

The highlight of Bass Pro Shops Santa’s Wonderland is a visit with the big guy himself. Families visiting Santa Claus receive a free 4 x 6 studio-quality photo and a custom Christmas video to share online with family and friends. Guests can schedule their Santa time using the free Bass Pass system.

9. Scuba Santa at the Silverton Aquarium

People of all ages can visit the Silverton’s Underwater Santa on Saturdays and Sundays in December and tell Santa what they want for Christmas.

The aquarium is free to the public. Bring the kids and take lots of pictures of the Underwater Santa and his elves. Santa is equipped with a microphone that allows him to listen to and speak with children.

Sessions are only on Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 12:00 to 1:15 P.M. and from 2:00 P.M. to 3:15 P.M. The last performance will be on December 23.

10. Winter Wonderland at Fontainebleau

This holiday season, Fontainebleau Las Vegas turns into a Winter Wonderland. Experience the inaugural Oasis Ice Rink and discover the transformation of their six-acre Oasis Pool Deck into a true Winter Wonderland featuring weekly movie nights, ice skating, fire pits, and more.

Open 7 days a week starting November 27, 2024 through January 5, 2025. Admission tickets and Firepit and Cabana reservations now available.
