Plus, there is a one- time NORA Fee (New Owner Reserve Assessment) of $5,000 to buy into the community. This fee used to be around $1,900 and they have recently increased it to $5,000.

The area is heavily car-dependent with minimal public transport options—a potential issue if you prefer to avoid driving. However, this is a golf cart community and a lot of residence owns a golf cart to travel to the different clubhouses and amenities.
