Top 3 Lowest and Highest Priced Homes Sold in Summerlin for 2021. Curious to know what the top 3 lowest and the top 3 highest priced homes that sold in Summerlin for 2021 were? I love seeing the two different spectrums.

• 2,787 Single-Family, Condos, and Townhomes that sold in Summerlin for 2021. This does not include Sun City Summerlin or Siena. 2020 this number was 2,059 – 728 Homes Sold Increase.
• 2,273 were Single-Family residential, 2020 this number was 1,733 – 540 sale increase.
• 514 were Condos and Townhomes, 2020 this number was 326 – 188 sale decrease.

TOP 3 LOWEST PRICED SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES THAT SOLD IN SUMMERLIN FOR 2021

1. 7729 Rockfield Dr. 89128 located in the Plateau sub-division in the Pueblo Village sold for $267,500, with an asking price of $275,000 and this home was on the market for 47 days. This cozy single-story home with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,134 sq. ft. This home sold at $212 a sq. ft. Built in 1994.

2. 2345 Sterling Heights 89134 located in the Amarante sub-division in the Hills Village sold for $270,000, with an asking price of $270,000 and this home was on the market for 1 day and was sold to a family member. Another single-story home with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,275 sq. ft. Only one picture in the MLS.  This home sold at $236 a sq. ft. Built in 1992.

3. 7701 Via Paseo Dr. 89128 located in the Alta Mira sub-division in the Pueblo Village sold for $300,000, with an asking price of $300,000 and this home was on the market for 1 day. Another single-story home with 2 bedrooms, 2 Baths, and 1,162 sq. ft. This home sold at $258 a sq. ft. Built in 1995.

TOP 3 HIGHEST PRICE SINGLE FAMILY HOMES THAT SOLD IN SUMMERLIN FOR 2021

1. 1701 Enclave Ct. 89134 located in Country Club Hills; a guard gated exclusive neighborhood in the Hills South Village. This home sold for $9,600,000, with an asking price of $12,950,000 and this home was on the market for 207 This home was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water with 4 bedrooms, 2 dens, 8 bathrooms, 13,349 sq. ft. 4 car-garage with a lot size over 84,000 sq. ft. This home sits on 2-acres of the private TPC Summerlin golf course. There were only pictures of the outside in the MLS and no description of what the inside looks like. This home sold at $719 a sq. ft. Built in 1997.

2. 1641 Enclave Ct. 89134 also located in Country Club Hills, sold for $11,300,000, with an asking price of $12,850,000 and this home was only on the market for 32 days.
